Resumo/Abstract	(?)	Este estudo investigou solu��es para o sistema el�trico considerando a demanda de 2050 e utilizando modelos de sistemas de energia que visam a minimiza��o de custos. Aspectos f�sicos como a disponibilidade de �rea foram consideradas, al�m da inclus�o de s�ries temporais de alta resolu��o. Os resultados obtidos indicam que a capacidade instalada no Brasil at� 2050 deve variar entre 353 a 428 GW a depender do ano clim�tico considerado, com uma predomin�ncia de parques e�licos e solares. No que tange � capacidade e�lica, o estudo apresenta uma m�dia que varia de 147 a 192 GW. Em rela��o � energia solar, os n�meros variam entre 57 a 75 GW. Os resultados apontam que a maior parte da capacidade instalada de energia solar se concentra em S�o Paulo, seguido por Minas Gerais, Bahia e Rio de Janeiro, estados com grande demanda el�trica. O estudo tamb�m enfatiza a necessidade de diversidade tecnol�gica e espacial para garantir a seguran�a energ�tica, destacando que n�o h� um �nico caminho tecnol�gico para atingir sistemas altamente renov�veis. A energia e�lica � considerada a mais competitiva em termos de custo nivelado, devido a sua gera��o mais constante em compara��o com os parques solares, por�m, enfrenta desafios sazonais que s�o compensados com a energia solar.
